We often forget to prioritize our well-being amidst the demands of work, family, and other responsibilities. So enjoy a little ‘you time’ within a welcoming sanctuary where you can let go of judgment, comparison, and expectation. 

Throughout this workshop, we'll explore various techniques and practices aimed at restoring balance and harmony within ourselves. From mindfulness and meditation to gentle movement and creative expression, each activity is carefully curated to nourish your soul and replenish your energy reserves.

All our restorative workshops will vary, but there is one thread that connects them, you're encouraged to cultivate a deep sense of relaxation, restoring the parasympathetic nervous system and to take a collective pause, to breathe deeply, and to embark on a journey of self-care and renewal.


*Thick Pilates mats and weighted lavender eye pillows will be provided to help you relax, lower the heart rate and calm the mind.
