The great thing about having a small studio is that our timetable changes to reflect your needs, because we all know know life is busy and fitting in exercise can be tricky. So if there are any classes or times you would like to see, please get in touch and we will do our best to make the classes at Pilates Lab work for you!
PRICING
In-studio prices start from $13.50 a class when buying a $135 Firm Class Pass.
Valid for the term and can be used to reserve your mat for that class only.
Flex Class Pass from $15 is another great option. $150 allows you to reserve your mat with the added flexibilty of unlimited changes (dependant on availability) or bring a friend. Valid for 90 days from first use.
Pay as you go casual classes are $18
Looking for a more immersive experience?
3+ classes a week, 30x Firm Class Pass for $360. Thats just $12 a class.
These are valid for the term.
5+ classes a week, go unlimited $560 for the term.
Corporate and group bookings:
Minimum of 10 participants, $10 per person or 20+ $8 per person.
Personal training $65 the first 1 hour session and an initial 20 minute phone or in studio consultation
A 15% discount is applied if you book and pay for 3 or more subsequent sessions at a time.
Workshop price varies.
Studio hire grab a group of friends and a enjoy having the privacy of your own class. Prices start from just $10pp when booking 6 participants.

I love Pilates Lab! Mary is such a wonderful instructor and really knows what she is talking about and teaching. A really friendly personable space to do Pilates. The Stretch and De-stress class is heaven, you leave feeling like you are walking on cloud 9!! Highly recommend Pilates Lab for anyone.

Pilates lab was a life saver for my bad knees. Mary is so knowledgeable! Given it's a small boutique studio it's almost like having a one on one instructor. She suited every move to my injury . And for the first time ever (after years of sports and yoga) - she taught me how to use my core properly. Highly recommend her!

Classes are small and friendly, its such a lovely studio space!

I was very lucky to win a free session at Pilates Lab, and after this introduction I felt that I had finally found an exercise that I could really get in to and enjoy. It took me a while to sign up properly, but I can honestly say I have never looked back. Mary is a fantastic instructor. She breaks the Pilates moves down step-by-step, explains what the move is doing for your body, and makes sure you are doing them correctly.
I really look forward to each session I attend. Pilates Lab has been everything I’ve been looking for. I feel stronger, fitter, and healthier. Thanks very much Mary!

My daughter had to convince me to give Pilates Lab a go. I was reluctant for a long time, despite seeing how much she enjoyed her sessions and how great she looked. It seemed like fun but too energetic for a grandma like me. I’m so pleased she persisted. Mary was wonderful and worked us gradually up through different stages. There was no pressure but instead encouragement to keep working at a level that suited you. It was so good for health and balance, while also teaching how posture works and building core strength.
Pilates Lab offers a great sense of community, along with fitness and fun. I’ll be back!

Love classes at Pilates Lab! My favourite is Fitness Pilates - a little bit of a different take on your traditional mat pilates. I love the challenge and the small class sizes with a max of 6 people. Upbeat music to keep you motivated and a lot of laughs along the way. Mat Pilates is great too - each one I've been to has been different keeping it interesting and challenging. Very much recommend Mary at Pilates Lab and urge you to give it a go. Such a great space and vibe to help you both physically and mentally with your health and wellbeing.
