Mindful Meditation is a 45min class designed to help relieve anxiety and improve your mental health. 

We start with a gentle seated Pilates warm up to find and create space within our bodies before settling down on the mat for a guided meditative journey to create space and peace within our minds.  

Weighted lavender eye pillows will be provided to help you relax, lower the heart rate and calm the mind.

Studies demonstrate that meditation can dramatically reduce stress and anxiety, improve concentration and productivity, and overall mental and physical health.
