I create one-on-one Pilates programmes specifically designed for my individual clients needs. I will motivate and guide you to achieve your goals.

As your personal Pilates trainer I will make an initial assessment, including a postural and flexibility assessment.  I will help you to fully understand the fundamentals of Pilates and how to incorporate these into your bespoke training programme. 

We will devise a smart goals plan to keep you on track and I can travel to you at a time that suits, or in studio at Pilates Lab.
