Yoga Nidra “yogic sleep” is a form of guided meditation, rooted in the yogic tradition, a method of Pratyahara (withdrawal of senses). Leading to a profound sense of calm and inner peace. As you delve into the depths of your subconscious mind, you will unlock the hidden potential within, tapping into a wellspring of creativity and self-discovery.

Relax. Reset. Restore the body by activating the parasympathetic nervous system.  (Also known as rest & digest) and guide the body into a state of relaxed consciousness as the mind settles in a place between wakefulness and sleep. 


We start with a few gentle movements to create space in the body, before coming down to resting savasana. This ancient practice will help to quiet mind to a place of deep calm and clarity, and unwind the nervous system as we journey through the physical, energy, mind/emotional, wisdom, and bliss bodies (known as the koshas). 

Using a combination of breath awareness, body scanning, healing music, imagery and visualisations, the practice allows you to explore your inner self.
