The studio specialises in classic and contemporary Pilates, 1:1 rehabilitation sessions, and wellbeing-focused classes designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and feel more at ease in your body. Sessions are intentionally kept small, allowing for personalised guidance and a high standard of care.
